After buying bananas there always seems to be a race against time to eat them. Unless of course you’re looking to make some banana bread. But if you don’t want to feel that pressure any more, start buying your bananas in various degrees of ripeness. There’s no rule that says you have to buy the whole bunch of bananas, just rip a few off so that you’ll have a ripe one to eat every day of the week. In fact, one company in Japan (image above) has even started packaging and selling bananas this way.
